Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using Societe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide. Because Societe is operated from Cyprus and serves users throughout the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, these Terms are drafted to comply with applicable consumer, privacy, digital services, and payment regulations across these regions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Societe.

Societe is a private, membership based community designed for meaningful dating, networking, and curated real world interactions.
Our objectives include:
- Providing a trusted, sophisticated, and respectful environment
- Protecting member privacy and personal boundaries
- Allowing users to control their visibility, privacy settings, and interactions
- Ensuring the community remains safe, discrete, and aligned with high standards
We monitor and review member behavior and may remove any user whose conduct does not align with the values or expectations of Societe.

LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding contract between you and RILDCO Limited governing your use of:
- The website at societe dot app
- The Societe mobile applications
- All tools, features, and services provided by Societe
By creating an account, submitting an application, attending events, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
English is the controlling language of this Agreement.
ELIGIBILITY
To use Societe, you must:
- Be at least eighteen years old
- Be legally permitted to enter a binding contract
- Not be on any international sanctions or restricted party lists
- Be legally permitted to use a dating or social connection service
- Comply with all applicable local laws
Access is void where prohibited.
APPLICATION AND MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
Membership is selective. Applicants must submit an application which is reviewed individually. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Accepted applicants must purchase a membership subscription.
By applying, you consent to receive communication from Societe regarding your application.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your login credentials
- Updating your information as necessary
- Securing your device
- Immediately notifying Societe of any unauthorized access
Societe is not liable for damages arising from compromised credentials.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Societe is a high integrity community. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, abuse, or intimidate any person
- Behave disrespectfully, disruptively, or in a harmful manner
- Display hate speech, violence, discrimination, or abusive content
- Contact members outside the Service without clear consent
- Misrepresent your identity or intentions
- Capture, screenshot, record, or share any user content
- Reveal personal details of other members
- Engage in unsafe, deceptive, or illegal conduct
- Involve minors in any form
- Spam or promote goods or services
- Aggressively message or overshare
- Violate community trust or privacy
Societe may remove any content or account at its discretion.
USER CONTENT
User Content includes all text, images, videos, audio, and messages you provide.
You represent and warrant that:
- Your content is accurate
- You have the rights to post it
- It does not infringe on any third party rights
You may not post content that is:
- Hateful, abusive, harmful, or discriminatory
- Involving minors
- False or misleading
- Dangerous or threatening
- Illegal or infringing
- Spam or promotional
By posting content, you grant Societe a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty free license to store, use, display, publish, adapt, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Societe may remove content that violates these Terms.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use Societe to:
- Conduct business or commercial activity
- Recruit members for external services
- Scrape or collect data
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Interfere with security systems
- Participate in unlawful activity
COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS
Societe is for personal use only. Any business or promotional use is strictly prohibited unless written consent is granted by Societe.
Unauthorized commercial activity may result in removal.
SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING AND NO REFUND POLICY
By purchasing a subscription, you agree:
- All sales are final
- No refunds are provided for any reason
- No refunds apply to renewals or unused subscription time
Required legal exceptions include:
- EU and UK withdrawal rights within fourteen days unless waived by beginning immediate digital service delivery
- United States state specific rights described in Section 20
- Refunds in the event of death or qualifying disability as required by specific US laws
Payment processor requirements are met through the following mandatory checkout disclosure:
All purchases are final and non refundable. By clicking continue, you accept the Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
You must actively select a Click to Accept or equivalent confirmation before any charge is processed.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Societe may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
USER INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURE
We may disclose user information when necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect rights, property, or safety
- Prevent fraud or unlawful activity
Respond to lawful requests from authorities
THIRD PARTY LINKS
Societe may contain links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or reliability.
Use of third party services is at your own risk.
APPLE ENABLED SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS
The Societe iOS application is an Apple Enabled Software Application.
By using it, you agree:
- These Terms are between you and Societe, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the application
- Apple has no obligation to provide support
- Apple is not liable for any claims
- Apple is a third party beneficiary of these Terms
Your license to use the iOS app is limited to Apple devices you own or control and must follow the App Store Usage Rules.
DISCLAIMERS
Societe is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of profiles
- Compatibility of members
- Uninterrupted or error free operation
- Safety of meetings or interactions
- Reliability of all content
You assume all risks associated with use of the Service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Societe is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Emotional distress or financial losses
- Damages arising from user behavior or interactions
- Damages related to system failure or data loss
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold RILDCO Limited harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Your conduct
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law
ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited by law:
- All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration
- You may not bring class actions
- Small claims court may be permitted for individual actions
These Terms are governed by Cyprus law except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
NOTICE
Societe may send notices via email, text message, push notifications, in app messages, or website postings. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
UNITED STATES STATE SPECIFIC RIGHTS
Residents of the following states are entitled to specific cancellation protections:
California, Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
You may cancel your membership without penalty before midnight of the third business day after purchase, excluding Sundays and holidays.
In the event of death or qualifying disability, your estate or representative is entitled to a refund of the unused portion of the subscription.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Societe. If any part is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
No employment, partnership, or joint venture is created by these Terms.
